Shout out to Mike Garcia and his team for the great service they provide! Several times I have needed to have something repaired quickly, like my oven or bathroom lighting, and it has always been taken care of the same day, usually within a few hours. He is very knowledgeable and has solved to take on some of the more difficult issues.

I can’t say enough good things about our apartment maintenance man, Mike Garcia. He is always professional, respectful, and genuinely cares about the residents. No matter the issue, he goes above and beyond to make sure repairs are done properly and in a timely manner. What really sets him apart is his willingness to help, even outside of normal working hours. One time we accidentally got locked out of our apartment, and he came to assist us after hours without hesitation. His kindness and dedication did not go unnoticed. He’s always friendly, approachable, and treats everyone with respect. Every apartment community would be lucky to have someone as hardworking and dependable as him. Thank you for all you do!

I would give a 10 star review if I could! Jenneast, was amazing to my daughters and I. This was the first place I toured and after meeting with Jenn I canceled the rest of the tours I had scheduled. I was impressed at first sight! approached with kindness, warmth and welcoming arms! Jenn is the best!

The staff is always on top of our needs. Jenneast is a great manager.

Just moved in & I can say it feels like home! The staff is amazing, the property manager Janneast is WONDERFUL! the maintenance is amazing! Answered my work order quick! 😊 highly recommend these if you are looking for a new home.

I recently helped my mom move here, and she absolutely loves it! The community is well maintained, and anytime she’s had an issue, it’s been taken care of quickly. The new management team has been amazing—responsive, professional, and easy to work with. No complaints at all, and it’s such a relief knowing she’s happy and comfortable in her new home.

I recently toured these apartments and was genuinely impressed! The property is absolutely beautiful and very well kept. Everything looked clean and maintained. The office staff and manager jenn were incredibly welcoming and made the whole experience comfortable and easy. I’m really excited about the possibility of calling this place my new home! When you request a unit, try to get one facing the back the view of the trees are so beautiful and seeing the sunrise and sunset.

I have to say, this apartment completely surprised me. It’s a little tucked away, but honestly that just adds to its charm. The space is beautiful, super roomy, and absolutely worth what you pay for it. Jenn made the whole process so easy and stress-free, which made a huge difference. And the move-in special? Such a great deal it really sealed it for me. One of my favorite parts is the view from the third floor. It’s genuinely beautiful and something I look forward to every day. The bathrooms are huge, which you don’t always find, and the high ceiling gives the whole place this really open, elegant ambiance. Overall, I’m really happy with my decision to move here.
