The Management staff is 1st rate! Hats off to Katrina, and Mayra for helping me navigate thru the challenges of being a tenant who needed an Apartment Home in a part of San Antonio close to extended family members who have since moved on to their eternity rest. 🙏🏼 Originally from CA by way of NC.[ San Antonio TX a few stops b4.] So, finding HillCountry - That was 20 months ago! BTW The Office Staff, the Maintenance Guy Mr Mike, who is very knowledgeable & all are caring and especially kind, & listening to their clients. Already renewed 12 months. Shout out to Mike Garcia and his team for the great service they provide! Several times I have needed to have something repaired quickly, like my oven or bathroom lighting, and it has always been taken care of the same day, usually within a few hours. He is very knowledgeable and has solved to take on some of the more difficult issues.

I can’t say enough good things about our apartment maintenance man, Mike Garcia. He is always professional, respectful, and genuinely cares about the residents. No matter the issue, he goes above and beyond to make sure repairs are done properly and in a timely manner. What really sets him apart is his willingness to help, even outside of normal working hours. One time we accidentally got locked out of our apartment, and he came to assist us after hours without hesitation. His kindness and dedication did not go unnoticed. He’s always friendly, approachable, and treats everyone with respect. Every apartment community would be lucky to have someone as hardworking and dependable as him. Thank you for all you do!

I would give a 10 star review if I could! Jenneast, was amazing to my daughters and I. This was the first place I toured and after meeting with Jenn I canceled the rest of the tours I had scheduled. I was impressed at first sight! approached with kindness, warmth and welcoming arms! Jenn is the best!

The staff is always on top of our needs. Jenneast is a great manager.

Just moved in & I can say it feels like home! The staff is amazing, the property manager Janneast is WONDERFUL! the maintenance is amazing! Answered my work order quick! 😊 highly recommend these if you are looking for a new home.

I give this place a 5 star maintenance arrives on time questions are answered as suppose to had no rough time getting in Jen and Mayra are top tier !!!

I recently helped my mom move here, and she absolutely loves it! The community is well maintained, and anytime she’s had an issue, it’s been taken care of quickly. The new management team has been amazing—responsive, professional, and easy to work with. No complaints at all, and it’s such a relief knowing she’s happy and comfortable in her new home.
