I give this place a 5 star maintenance arrives on time questions are answered as suppose to had no rough time getting in Jen and Mayra are top tier !!!

I recently helped my mom move here, and she absolutely loves it! The community is well maintained, and anytime she’s had an issue, it’s been taken care of quickly. The new management team has been amazing—responsive, professional, and easy to work with. No complaints at all, and it’s such a relief knowing she’s happy and comfortable in her new home.

I recently toured these apartments and was genuinely impressed! The property is absolutely beautiful and very well kept. Everything looked clean and maintained. The office staff and manager jenn were incredibly welcoming and made the whole experience comfortable and easy. I’m really excited about the possibility of calling this place my new home! When you request a unit, try to get one facing the back the view of the trees are so beautiful and seeing the sunrise and sunset.

I have to say, this apartment completely surprised me. It’s a little tucked away, but honestly that just adds to its charm. The space is beautiful, super roomy, and absolutely worth what you pay for it. Jenn made the whole process so easy and stress-free, which made a huge difference. And the move-in special? Such a great deal it really sealed it for me. One of my favorite parts is the view from the third floor. It’s genuinely beautiful and something I look forward to every day. The bathrooms are huge, which you don’t always find, and the high ceiling gives the whole place this really open, elegant ambiance. Overall, I’m really happy with my decision to move here. Had an a/c issue with my apartment. Maintenance workers Jose and Mike were on top of it! They finished the job fast and were really respectful! Would recommend them again!

I'm a long-time resident, and I've seen multiple office managers come and go. Some good, some awful. In this review, I wanted to give credit to the new complex maintenance team. Mike and José have only been here a short time, but wow! These guys are good. Recently, they replaced all broken emergency lighting devices on⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ As a long-time resident, I've witnessed many office managers come and go—some great and others not so much. However, I feel compelled to take a moment to recognize the incredible efforts of the new complex maintenance team! Mike and José might be new to the scene, but they are already making a significant impact. Recently, they tackled an essential task: replacing all the broken emergency lighting devices on the walkways—something that had needed attention for years. It’s such a relief to have working lights in those areas finally! Their dedication and efficiency deserve all the praise. These devices needed replacement years ago; most no longer worked. Aces to them both. Recently, they knocked on my door to replace the leaky shower and bathroom sink faucets, per a maintenance request the previous maintenance team never seemed to get around to fixing. Kudos to Mike and José for doing such an excellent job! Keep up the fantastic work!
