Marlene is Amazing!
I was assisted by Marlene in office and applied in one day and approved! Sometimes moving can be such a hassle and she made my experience so easy with her pleasant attitude and I am so grateful for her help.

Update11/20/20. Another catastophe avoided thats to maintanence! I threw my keysin the dumpster because i just needed another problem to start the day off. I asked the office for a ladder and Jesxie brought one, but he also took one for the tmgeam and made the sacrifice, hr got them for me, thank you sir, you truly are a hero to me!!👌 Maintenance stayed until a little after 7 to finish the job, i couldn't ask for more.

Marlene helped us move in to a first floor apartment with all of our needs she was very helpful and kind also very professional she even called and gave us updates .very satisfied with service

The staff is absolutely amazing! All the ladies that work in the office are extremely attentive. I had a serious incident happen to me, a month into my move in. And the issue was immediately taken care of. Accommodations were made and I could not be happier! The apartment could use some upgrading, such as appliances and maybe ceiling fans... but other than that I love my apartment. It is spacious enough for my Toddler and my neighbors mind their business. Love everything ❤️

Maintenance guy (Raul) he was great ,fast and polite I highly recommend having him ,he changed my whole microwave and less than 10mins.
