Maintenance: Raul did a great job!
My husband stopped Raul to let him know we had a small leak in our bathroom. He came right away and fixed the issue. He is friendly and explained what he did to correct the issue. Great Service!!!

Raul came in and inspected the leaky faucet. Reported that the faucet had to be ordered. He returned in a couple of days, just like he said he would. He workmanship is professional and he didn't waste time. I appreciate Raul for the service that he provided. Thank you Raul !

Everything from the initial call which was faster than any other apartment management offices. To the application, I would say almost flawless. The one issue was that the second lady to call me was just as excited as the first to assist me. In person the staff were professional and courteous.

I appreciate Jesse taking care of the issue with my door! I was having problems turning the deadbolt and kept telling management for weeks that I was worried about breaking my key in the lock. When Jessie showed up, within five minutes, the problems was solved. Thank you sir...
