APARTMENT REVIEWS IN San Antonio

I have had a leak in my apartment since day 1, I thought they came to fix it but it was always just a band-aid, Jesse showed up and not only took care of the problem but he always made time to let me know step by step exactly what's happening. I really hope they keep him around. They should give him a shot at having his own maintenance crew. Trust his judgement!!!!!

Jesse was patient out late trying to stop leak. Friendly and easy to talk too.

Jesse the new maintenance manager and Rene are awesome , he fixed an ongoing microwave issue very quickly and efficiently. Visits us regularly to check everything is okay. Thank you for taking care of us. The apartments are very spacious and comfortable here.

The new maintenance guy name Jesse is AMAZING. He was nice and polite when he introduced himself last week. He told me that he was coming back to fix our oven, which had been out for a while. He was very prompted and courteous. Now we have a working oven. THANK YOU SO MUCH Jesse!!!!

The move in process was a breeze, there was no, if, ands, or buts. Very thankful for the leasing agent who was able to assist me, she left no hidden fees, and was very thorough on what to expect, so thank you Michel'le. My family & I are very grateful for that. There are some concerns on maintenance, but nothing a call to the office can’t fix I’m sure. 🙂 thank you again hill country villas, I’m excited for this upcoming stay.

We just move here a week ago and my husband loves it. Lots space for him inside. He is on a wheelchair. We want to thank Mishalei for an easy and fast process to move here. She was so trustful and honest. Thank you Mishalei !!!

I will be moving in soon and I just want to say that my application process was very easy thanks to Mishalei! If I could I would give her a hundred star review because she was absolutely amazing. She was very patient with me and tried her very best to work with me. She was able to make me feel at ease throughout this entire process. If you decide to apply here at the hill country villa apartments be sure to ask for mishalei because she will put in 110% to make sure that you end your call being accepted into your new home.Lastly I just want to say thank you once again to Mishalei for helping my family and I.

I moved in 2 weeks ago and the whole experience has been great. Valerie was nothing but the best when it came to explaining how everything would work and making sure I got what I wanted! There were a few things that needed fixed upon move in and the front office made sure everything was fixed within the first week. Overall great experience and I am happy with my decision.
