The move in process was a breeze, there was no, if, ands, or buts. Very thankful for the leasing agent who was able to assist me, she left no hidden fees, and was very thorough on what to expect, so thank you Michel'le. My family & I are very grateful for that. There are some concerns on maintenance, but nothing a call to the office can’t fix I’m sure. 🙂 thank you again hill country villas, I’m excited for this upcoming stay. Maintenance man Raul is awesome! Always comes to help & very professional! Please ask for him! You will not regret it! Thank you again!

The maintenance and staff are very quick and efficient! I have lived here for 4 years and love it here. Love the space and how friendly the maintenance is here. Anytime I have a problem, they fix it within 1-2 days. The staff is very hardworking and voices any concerns i have.

We love it here. Such a great location, with close access to a wide variety of restaurants and shopping. It is the quietest complex that we have ever lived at. The office staff are responsive and friendly, they answered all my questions with much kindness. Maintenance has been nothing but professional and they are quick to address any concerns. I highly recommend Hill Country Villas.

Jessie cam to fix something in my grandfathers thermostats in Apt 1611. Hes a wonderful person. Kind and very friendly. He needs a raise. DONT FIRE THIS MAN!!@

We love this place. Maintenance is quick and friendly. I put a request this morning and Raúl came and fix it. We are only having problems with the upstairs people and of course parking. Other then that is a great place to live.
