APARTMENT REVIEWS IN San Antonio

So I was reading these reviews on here and people have very high expectations for apartments. We moved into these apartments back in October of 2016! I love our apartments! We recently transferred to a bigger apartment and we ran into a lot of complications, but Shantee made it her job to make sure this transfer went as smoothly as possible! At the time she was just the leasing agent and the manager at the time did not know anything about what to do! Shantee got on the ball and figured everything out and got us moved into the bigger apartment! This apartment complex is the first apartment I’ve ever lived in and I’m glad I made the decision to make this our home(:

First off i will say this is a older complex for “in the area” but prices are affordable and community is upkept. i have a elderly family member who has been a resident here a while an seen it’s ups and downs. The office personal are amazing with great Customer service each time i go to the office for anything. Shantee has always been super helpful & knowledgable from day one of meeting her, maintenance finishes issues submitted same day if not the following (personally never waited more then 3 days). Like any place you can live it has its issues none of which the office is at fault as in pet messes an how other people act that’s any where you can go. Upkept, affordable, Maintence is great we are happy! Thank you.

Lived there for about 15 months. Reasonable staff, fair quality apartments, no major issues. If I was in the rental market, I'd be open to going back there.

I was extremely impressed with Celeste and Megan in the office, they were not able to accommodate us but referred us to their sister property right away. Celeste even walked all of my paperwork over to their office and put in a recommendation. I travel a lot for work and have had many experiences with apartment managers. This experience topped my list. Management was more interested in getting people into a happy home than trying to figure out what kind of compensation their lease would bring. Thanks you guys.
